From 9 to 11 July, Šibenik once again becomes a meeting point for the Croatian and international street art scene. The second edition of the Šibenik Street Art Festival at Azimut brings together artists from Belgium, Germany, Italy and Croatia. Over three days, the festival will feature new murals, stencil and graffiti art, documentary film screenings, artist talks, DJ sets, and free workshops for children and young people.
All festival programmes are free of charge.
The festival opens on Thursday, 9 July, at 8:00 PM on the square in front of Azimut with a welcome toast, a pop-up exhibition showcasing the participating artists, and a DJ set. Everyone is welcome.
This year’s edition is dedicated to stencil art, the technique of creating artworks using stencils that was brought to worldwide attention by Banksy. The festival also presents the Sticker Session 2026 exhibition, featuring works by nearly 250 artists from around 40 countries.
The programme includes screenings of the documentary films Stencil Stories and Optički krikovi, followed by talks with Dr. Ulrich Blanché, German author, art historian and one of the leading experts on street art. Visitors will also have the opportunity to learn more about his new, unofficial biography of Banksy, which will be published in Croatian following its presentation at the Frankfurt Book Fair.
The festival also offers two free workshops for children and young people. On Friday, participants can join a stencil-making workshop, while Saturday is reserved for a graffiti workshop for children and young people aged 10 to 16. Places are limited and advance registration is required via:

During the festival, a new mural dedicated to the legendary Croatian singer-songwriter Arsen Dedić will be created at the Šibenik Green Market by Gregor Furkes and Krešimir Golubić of Grupa ZID. International artists will also paint the remaining walls of the market, continuing the transformation of the space into a unique open-air gallery.
