Roman Dinner

We invite you to a unique gastronomic experience – a Roman Dinner, a themed event conceived and brought to life by students of the Tourism and Hospitality School under the guidance of their mentors.

The dinner will be prepared by students Magdalena Biluš, Vlaho Emil Fabijan, Mihovil Badžim, and Nina Arambašić, mentored by teacher Biserka Šmit and teacher Nikola Knežić.

Top-quality service and the overall evening experience will be provided by students Viviana Biluš, Šimun Gojanović, Mia Jelić, Filip Pavasović, Natalia Lekaj, Franko Grubač, Ema Buliček, and Lucija Matić, under the mentorship of teacher Renata Polegubić Vlaše and teacher Tomislav Stančić.

Guests will be guided through a carefully designed menu by students Marta Jabuka and Laura Škugor, introducing them to a story inspired by ancient gastronomy.
